Each studio and one-bedroom rental apartment has been thoughtfully laid out with maximum space efficiency in mind. Large windows add to the sense of spaciousness while providing stunning views. The protected balconies of all one-bedroom suites blur the line between indoors and out. Austeville Properties values healthy environments and has taken care to integrate sustainability into Pacific Palisades apartments. Low-flow toilets, occupancy sensors, materials with high recycled content, and LED and fluorescent lighting are just some of the eco-friendly design features in each rental unit.
The Commons, Pacific Palisades' amenities building, offers residents 6,000 sq ft of space, divided into three zones: laundry, fitness and meeting spaces, with free WI-FI throughout.
