    Yes. Parking stalls and storage lockers are available for an additional monthly fee.

    No. We do not currently have charging stations for electric cars.

  • Is there a place to store my bicycle(s)?

    Yes. We have secure bicycle storage available for an additional fee.

  • Is there in-suite laundry?

    No. However, there is an on-site laundry facility.

  • How long is the lease for?

    All suites are rented on a minimum 1-year fixed lease. After the year is up, the lease continues on a month-to-month basis.

  • How old is the building?

    Royalee Court was built in 1964, with considerable renovations completed in recent years.

  • Can we have a barbeque on our balcony?

    No. Barbeques are not allowed on balconies.

  • Can we smoke or vape on our balcony?

    No. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited on the balcony, in suites, in the building and anywhere on the property.

  • Can I pay my rent with a credit card?

    No. We require all rental payments to be paid by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). For more information, please ask the Building Managers.

  • Can I rent my apartment on vacation-rental websites such as Airbnb?

    No. We do not permit renting suites through vacation-rental websites such as Airbnb.

  • Who owns and manages Royalee Court?

    The owner and manager is Austeville Properties Ltd., a family-owned company with roots firmly planted in Vancouver. Austeville has been providing people with the very best in rental accommodation in Greater Vancouver since 1968.

Royalee Court is a charming rental apartment building in the heart of Vancouver’s desirable Kerrisdale neighbourhood, just a block from the Arbutus Greenway. The studio and one-bedroom apartments in the four-storey walk-up boast beautiful hardwood floors, open balconies, lots of light, secure underground parking and an on-site laundry facility. Residents here can increase their suite’s storage with optional storage lockers. Bicycle storage is also available.

The clean, well-kept and secure rental building is located on a quiet, tree-lined street on Vancouver’s West Side. Renters at Royalee Court can walk to the many stores, restaurants and businesses along West 41st Avenue in Kerrisdale — the neighbourhood’s main shopping thoroughfare — in less than 10 minutes. Public transit is also close by, offering convenient service to UBC, downtown Vancouver and Vancouver International Airport in about 20 minutes. For residents who prefer to travel on two wheels, Kerrisdale, with its relatively flat streets, is one of Vancouver’s most bikeable neighbourhoods.
