Austeville Properties is a family owned company with  roots firmly planted in Vancouver. We have been providing people with the very best in rental accommodations in Greater Vancouver since 1968. We also own and manage a superb selection of office, retail and warehouse spaces in varying sizes and locations throughout the region.

FAQ

Do you allow pets?

No. We have a strict no pet policy that is non-negotiable and applies to all our buildings.

Is parking or storage available to rent?

Yes. All our buildings have parking stalls and storage lockers available for an additional monthly fee.

Is there a place to store bicycles?

Yes. All our buildings have secure bicycle storage available for an additional monthly fee.

How long is the lease for?

All our suites are rented on a minimum 1-year fixed lease. After the year is up, the lease continues on a month-to-month basis.

Are barbeques allowed on balconies?

Barbeques are only allowed on balconies in Brentlawn Towers, our building in Burnaby.

Is smoking or vaping permitted?

Smoking or vaping is prohibited on balconies, in suites, in our buildings and anywhere on our properties.

Is rent payable by credit card?

No. We require all rental payments to be paid by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

Can I rent my apartment on vacation-rental websites such as Airbnb?

No. We do not permit renting suites through vacation-rental websites such as Airbnb.
