Royalee Court is a charming rental apartment building in the heart of Vancouver’s desirable Kerrisdale neighbourhood.

The studios and one-bedroom apartments for rent in the four-storey walkup boast beautiful hardwood floors, open balconies, lots of light, secure underground parking and on-site laundry facility. Residents here can also increase their suite’s storage with optional storage lockers. Bicycle storage is also available.

The clean, well-kept and secure rental building is located on a quiet, tree-lined street on Vancouver’s west side. Renters at Royalee Court can walk to the many stores, restaurants and businesses along West 41st Avenue in Kerrisdale—the neighbourhood’s main shopping thoroughfare—in less than 10 minutes.

Public transit is also close by, offering convenient service to UBC, downtown Vancouver and Vancouver International Airport in about 20 minutes. For apartment dwellers who prefer to travel on two wheels, Kerrisdale, with its relatively flat streets, is one of Vancouver’s most bikeable neighbourhoods.

No. We have a strict no pet policy that is non-negotiable.
What utilities are included in the rent?
Heat and hot water are included in the rent.
Is parking or storage included in the rent?
Yes. Parking stalls and storage lockers are available for an additional monthly fee. For current pricing, please ask the Building Managers.
Do you have a charging station for an electric car?
No. We do not currently have charging stations for electric cars.
Is there a place to store my bicycle(s)?
Yes. Bicycle storage is available. Please ask the Building Managers for details.
Is there in-suite laundry?
No. There is an on-site coin-operated laundry facility.
How long is the lease for?
All suites are rented on a minimum 1-year fixed lease. After the year is up, the lease continues on a month-to-month basis.
How old is the building?
Royalee Court was built in 1964, with considerable renovations completed in recent years.
Can we have a BBQ on our balcony?
No. BBQs are not allowed on balconies.
Can we smoke on the balcony?
Smoking is prohibited on the balcony, in suites, in the building and anywhere on the property. However, there may be Residents who reside in "grandfathered" units of the building where smoking is not prohibited. Please see Building Managers for details.
Can I pay my rent with a credit card?
No. We require all rental payments to be paid by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). For more information, please ask the Building Managers.

KERRISDALE

With its diverse mix of professional families, seniors and university students, Kerrisdale is one of Vancouver’s most desirable and established neighbourhoods. The upscale area features mainly single-family homes in addition to low- and high-rise condos and rental apartments along leafy, tree-lined streets.

The charming shopping thoroughfare of "Kerrisdale Village" along West 41st Avenue stretches six blocks and is renowned throughout Vancouver for its bustling, quality establishments.
