Brentlawn Towers provides exceptional rental apartments for individuals and families who want to take advantage of all that northwest Burnaby’s desirable Brentwood neighborhood has to offer.

The meticulously landscaped grounds and recently updated exteriors and common areas provide a beautiful welcome to the two 19- and 17-storey towers. The rental apartments themselves are spacious and bright thanks to large, airy windows. Each rental apartment has at least one large, open balcony from which residents can take in magnificent views of Burnaby. 

Austeville also provides its Brentlawn Towers rental tenants with an extremely peaceful and secure living environment that includes onsite resident building managers, a state-of-the-art keyless entry system and gated parking.

Brentlawn amenities include high-efficiency laundry facilities on every other floor, an outdoor seasonal pool for the exclusive use of apartment tenants, ample parking, visitor parking, secure storage lockers and bicycle storage. Many apartments include in-suite storage.

No. We have a strict no pet policy that is non-negotiable.

Is parking or storage included in the rent?
No. Parking stalls and storage lockers are available for an additional monthly fee. For current pricing, please ask the Building Managers.
Do you have a charging station for an electric car?
No. We do not currently have charging stations for electric cars.
Is there a place to store my bicycle(s)?
Yes. Bicycle storage is available, please ask the Building Managers for details.
Is there in-suite laundry?
No. There is a coin-operated laundry facility located on every other floor in both towers.
How long is the lease for?
All suites are rented on a minimum 1 year fixed lease. After the 1 year is up, the lease continues on a month to month basis.
How old is the building?
Brentlawn Towers was built in 1978 with considerable renovations completed in recent years.
Can we have a BBQ on our balcony?
Yes. BBQs are allowed on balconies.
Can we smoke on the balcony?
Smoking is prohibited on the balcony, in suites, in the building and anywhere on the property. However, there may be Residents who reside in "grandfathered" units of the building where smoking is not prohibited. Please see Building Managers for details.
Can I pay my rent with a credit card?
No. We require all rental payments to be paid by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). For more information, please ask the Building Managers.

BURNABY BRENTWOOD

The City of Burnaby is the geographic centre of Metro Vancouver, and the Brentwood neighbourhood lies in the heart of the city’s northwest core. It is home to well-established residential neighbourhoods, vibrant mixed-use areas and many public amenities.

The rental towers are also at the nexus of an extremely well-connected public transit system. The nearby Holdom and Brentwood Town Centre Skytrain stations on the Millennium Line connect residents to downtown Vancouver in less than 20 minutes, and the Brentwood Bus Interchange conveniently serves numerous crosstown destinations, making New Westminster, Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia all an easy commute.
