There is also a guest suite that residents may book to host their visiting friends and relatives. Storage lockers and bicycle storage are also available.

Do you have a charging station for an electric car?
Yes. We have an on-site charging station for the use of residents.
Is there a place to store my bicycle(s)?
Yes. Bicycle storage is available. Please ask the Building Managers for details.
Is there in-suite laundry?
All suites at Bayshore Outlook are equipped with in-suite laundry.
How long is the lease for?
All unfurnished suites are rented on a minimum 1-year fixed lease. After the year is up, the lease continues on a month-to-month basis. All furnished suites are rented on a minimum 3-month fixed lease, after which the lease continues on a month-to-month basis.

Can we have a BBQ on our balcony?
No. BBQs are not allowed on balconies.
Can we smoke on the balcony?
Smoking is prohibited on the balcony, in suites, in the building and anywhere on the property. However, there may be Residents who reside in "grandfathered" units of the building where smoking is not prohibited. Please see Building Managers for details.
